Jennifer Abaho Muheesi pursued her education with great determination and achieved an impressive academic background. She holds a Bachelors in Human Resource Management from Makerere University Business School(MUBS) but before she worked with ministry of tourism as a reservations officer, worked with Uganda American Insurance Company, with American International Group Mamus Uganda Limited .When she finished campus Jennifer took up employment with Makerere University in the college of health science, but in the school of Public Health before she joined politics, Her educational qualifications have played a significant role in shaping her understanding of governance and public policy.

Hon. Jennifer Abaho Muheesi's political journey began with a passion for creating positive change in her community (Kazo). Over the years, she has worked tirelessly to address various social and economic challenges faced by the people of Kazo District. Her dedication to improving the lives of her constituents has earned her widespread support and admiration. As a Member of Parliament, she has been actively involved in legislative processes, advocating for policies that promote economic growth, infrastructure development, education, and healthcare. Within parliament, she actively participates in shaping the nation's future by serving on two crucial sectoral committees. Firstly, she’s a proud member of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, where she engages in matters concerning international relations, diplomacy, and the country's global standing. Secondly, she contributes to the Standing Committee on Science, Technology, and Innovation, an essential platform to drive progress and advancements in various sectors. Additionally, she holds the position of Deputy Chair of the Ankole Caucus, where she works collaboratively with colleagues to represent the interests and welfare of Ankole's citizens at the national level. She has dedicated her life to public service and has become a prominent figure in her constituency of Kazo and beyond.

Beyond her responsibilities as a member of parliament, Hon. Jennifer Abaho Muheesi has been deeply engaged in various community development projects and charitable initiatives. She has been vocal about environmental conservation and the need for responsible and sustainable development practices.
